Finley began playing Rugby League in 2017 with the East Taraka Spiders. He went on to start his professional career in the Queensland Cup with the SP PNG Hunters, with his standout achievement to date being his debut for the PNG Kumuls in 2025.
On the field, Finley aims to bring speed, aggression, and sharp play out of the ruck. As part of his pre-game routine, he listens to local music from Papua New Guinea. His favourite cheat meal is burgers, and fans might be surprised to learn he has a cheeky side.
